The Edward F. and Laura Smith Ryan Family
Academic Awards for Scholarship

Introduction

Gamma Tau Chapter of Delta Tau Delta was formed at the University of Kansas in 1912 with the mission to develop men who are “committed to lives of excellence.”  The keystone words that best define Delta Tau Delta values are Courage, Truth, Faith, and Power. We believe these core values comprise the foundation for living a life of excellence. In support of these values, the Ryan Family has established two scholarship commitments based on academic excellence and leadership achieved while in residence at the Gamma Tau Shelter (1111 W. 11th, Lawrence, Kansas).

The Ryan Family Senior Leadership Awards.
